Cautionary Tale

We want to tell stories that are lasting and impacting upon the player's and their PCs, we do not want to spend our time having to deal with drama of the nature of 'who's mating who'. Due to this, anyone who decides to purchase the Pure Bred background that represents that you are of PURE lineage and decides to try to go cross the stream with another tribe's counterpart that fuels the flames of drama will be met with a swift ending to that particular storyline. This may seem brash, but historically having seen this go south quickly, we'd rather just prevent it all together for thematic purposes.

Cautionary Tale

Some may consider that to get to know a sphere it's best to come in as the minor splat of the sphere. In many cases, this is quite true. Unfortunately, it is not the case for Werewolf. We advise that if you are just beginning to learn about the sphere then consider a cub or a barely Cliath application instead. To play a kinfolk is to have the same grasp of the concept of the theme of Werewolf plus kinfolk as someone that is playing a Fostern + rank.

This sept is a traditional setting for one. Kinfolk are not on equal ground as garou, even spirits do not pay much attention to most kinfolk and therefore kinfolk are never considered part of the pack. Kinfolk do not get to be mouthy to garou without any consequences. Garou that are found to be the attack dog of kinfolk will be met with appropriate responses. Kinfolk handle disputes in house unless it's a grievance enough to draw Garou's attention, but the majority of the time the garou have far more important matters to attend to.

A kinfolk's purpose is to aid the garou in the outside world that they can not themselves due to the curse of the rage. You won't be forgotten as a kinfolk PC, we will ensure that you do have things to contribute to the story.

House Rules
