Houserules
Kinfolk merit on Supernaturals.
Supernaturals (I.E. Changelings, Mage (Excluding Nephandi)) are restricted to take the Gaian Kinfolk merit. It requires your restricted concept to be filled out in a +pitch to be reviewed by both sphere leads. Please check in with Sphere Leads prior to filling out a pitch due to they may not be interested at this time in this concept.
Backgrounds
5 Freebie Backgrounds with exception only for Mage.
Freebies
Supers gain 15 freebie points. Mortal/Mortal+ gain 21 freebie points.
Merits
Mortals are unlimited for merits.
Mortal+ are limited to 15 merit dots.

Supers are limited to 10 merit dots.
Mortal+ are limited to 15 merit dots.
Mortal are unlimited for merits.
Gifts
There is no connection between rank and gift levels. Please see: Gifts_101 for more information on how this is accomplished.
Kinfolk with Gnosis Merit are able to take Level 2 Gifts within reason.
Wendigo and Uktena are able to learn Croatan gifts but require pre-approval for the PRP for all levels. The gifts cost # * level.
Plentary gifts are available but require pre-approval for the PRP for all levels. The gifts cost # * level.

Slipped Seeming Flaw has an ascending difficulty effecting all social rolls except for other Chagneling. I.E. Dot 1 - +1 difficulty, Dot 2 - +2 difficulty, etc.
