Kinfolk merit on Supernaturals.

Supernaturals (I.E. Changelings, Mage etc) are restricted to take the Gaian Kinfolk merit. It requires your restricted concept to be filled out in a +pitch to be reviewed by both sphere leads.

Merits

Mortals are unlimited for merits.
Mortal+ are limited to 15 merit dots.

Supers are limited to 10 merit dots.
Mortal+ (Kinfolk) are limited to 15 merit dots.

Gifts

Garou are not limited by their rank for the level of gifts they pursue. They just need to find a spirit teacher. I.E. A Cliath can purcahse a Rank 3 gift.

Flaws

Changeling Eyes Flaw has a +1 difficulty to all social rolls.
Slipped Seeming Flaw has an ascending difficulty effecting all social rolls except for other Chagneling. I.E. Dot 1 - +1 difficulty, Dot 2 - +2 difficulty, etc.

Beserker merit is banned from use.
