Golden Rule

Real life always comes first and we are all humans behind the screens (except when AI is involved).

Respect

In the soulful words of Arethea Franklin, "What you want! Baby, I got it! What you need! You know I got it. All I'm asking is for a little respect." We understand that this is a two-way road, and we ask for consideration to both the player base and the staff to keep that in mind. If emotions are getting the best of either party, the best course of actions is to walk away from the situation and come back when cooler heads prevail. We are on a text based game that lacks the emotional tones that usually are prevalent in verbal communication.

PC In Sphere

Staff may have a PC in the sphere that they are running. However, the PC will be approved following the sphere's guidelines by another staff member comfortable with the sphere or another staff member directly working in the sphere which includes all jobs for that PC. That PC is not allowed to have a Leadership role of significance (I.E. Alpha, King/Queen, etc). Minor roles like Guardian (Something beneath a major role) or like Knight in Changeling is fine because it's a support, not leadership. The Staff Lead may create/use NPCs in order to run gaps in leadership or leadership roles not designed for PCs.
